  • We gladly accept replacement requests for items that arrive damaged.


    Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged. Clear photos of the item and packaging are required. When eligible, we will provide a replacement item. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not available.

    We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including items you no longer want or ordered by mistake.


    Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase.


    We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

    • Items damaged after delivery

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or special releases.


    Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with shipping costs calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery within the U.S. is 3–7 business days after shipment. International delivery times vary by location and customs.


    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


    We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

    If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery. Photos may be required for damaged items.

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
